Daily Report – 22/04/2024
8:04 AM: Arrived at the office.
8:10 AM: Initiated work for the day.
8:15 to 9:30 AM: Scheduled on-call meeting was cancelled. Utilized the time to prepare points for today’s plan to share on WhatsApp. Discussed content creation, available materials, and social media posting times with Kunal Sir. Assigned task to create 2 or 3 reels for Instagram by the end of the day.
9:30 to 9:45 AM: Tea Break.
9:45 to 10:15 AM: Explored Apple’s website and checked for upcoming events in Vadodara and Ahmedabad to participate in event or exhibitions.
10:30 to 11:00 AM: Discussed various topics with Donil Sir including Atal Sarovar, school contacts, website developers, The Shoppee,, and Atlanta Theme park @Surat.
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Followed up with Mr. Vishal, Mr. Zala, and Mr. Nikunj regarding “Tea Post”.
12:00 to 1:00 PM: Conducted social media post analytics to determine optimal posting times for companies. I tried to check data of well-known ventures who started in last four years, to get a fruitful calculation.
1:00 PM: Researched top 10 Indian website developers, identified Datamatics as a strong competitor, and analysed their social media presence.
1:00 PM: Encountered technical issues with PC while creating video and reels.
1:15 to 2:00 PM: Took a lunch break.
2:00 to 3:00 PM: Captured screen in different ratios to create Instagram reels and edited them on phone due to PC issues.
3:00 to 3:30 PM: Searched for email IDs of Mukta Cinemas and Zerohour Hypermart. Attempted to connect with Mr. Vivek Sharma (Operation Manager-Mukta Cinema-Vadodara) regarding website, mobile app, or product (YOM) placement but was unable to reach him.
3:30 to 3:45 PM: Tea Break.
3:45 to 4:15 PM: Resumed video editing, encountered difficulties and estimated additional time for completion.I think it will take a day to complete & review.quite confuse to create own material with black and white theme for Bhamasha(Social Media post).
4:15 to 4:30 PM: Prepared a list of queries to resolve upon Bhavesh Sir’s arrival.
4:30 to 4:50 PM: Compiled a report for daily-routine to post on research.Bhamasha.
This concludes today’s activities.
Due to unforeseen circumstances including the absence of colleagues and persistent laptop malfunctions resulting in frequent hang-ups, the day’s productivity was significantly slowing down.
Additionally, challenges arise from issues with the water supply further adding to the hectic nature of the day.
